REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at besmartitaly@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Shipping of the goods will be at your expense. Be smart in case of defective, malfunctioning or damaged products. In case of second thoughts or any reason not mentioned above, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer or deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
